Non-woven Fabric Roller Brush Drawing

The workpiece is conveyed by the conveyor belt through the non-woven roller brush, and the roller brush rotates at a high speed to draw the surface of the workpiece. Two methods of roller brush vibration and roller brush non-vibration can be used when drawing, and different processing speeds can be used to produce lines of different lengths. The vibration of the non-woven roller brush can produce very uniform discontinuous silk patterns (short yarn); the non-woven roller brush does not vibrate, and can produce continuous silk patterns (filament or straight yarn). This wire drawing method is increasingly widely used in notebook magnesium/aluminum alloy panels, keyboard panels, mobile phone LCD frames, battery covers, camera protection panels, camera sliding covers, and so on.
